He's Off to the Races!

Thomas just got on the bus for school. Chris and Gaba were there too, to send him off. The bus was 1/2 hour late, so it was a little hard for him to wait so long. But once it arrived, he gave me a big smile and just trotted right up on that bus like no tomorrow! He had to really pull himself up the steps because he's so little! He got to go in and meet his teacher yesterday, so I think that helped a lot. And Gaba got him a chocolate lollipop for when he gets home, so he has something to look forward to. Now I don't know what to do with myself in this empty house! I think I'm going to walk up to Starbucks and get a smoothie. The bus will be back here in just 2 1/2 hours. I can't wait to hear about his first day!
